Ingredients
- 3 cups white flour
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp yeast
- 1.5 cups water
Equipment
- Oven preheated to 500°F
- Iron pot with lid
- 2 bowls (mixing + rising)
- Cloth dusted with rice flour
Instructions
- Mix ingredients (dry, then wet)
- Wait 20–24 hours
- Scrape onto heavily floured surface, fold
- Let rise 2–3 hours in cloth covered with rice flour
- Bake 30 min in 500°F iron pot with lid
- Bake 15 min in 500°F iron pot without lid
