Ingredients

- 3 cups white flour
- 1.5 tsp salt
- .25 tsp yeast
- 1.5 cups water

Equipment

- Preheated oven 500°
- Iron pot
- 2 bowls (mixing + rising)
- cloth (as in picture)

Instructions

- Mix ingredients (dry, then wet)
- Wait 20-24 hours
- Scrape onto heavily floured surface, fold
- Let rise 2-3 hours, loosely covered by floured cloth
- Bake 30 min in 500° iron pot + lid
- Bake 15 min in 500° iron pot - lid
