Xinan (Holly) Yang, Ph.D.

Research Assistant Professor

I am a bioinformatics researcher with expertise in the design, analysis, and interpretation of the vast amounts of data being generated by cancer biologists and translational scientists.

My innovative work has contributed to advancing translational bioinformatics. I am currently working on topological significance analyses of complex regulatory networks in cancer to facilitate the generation of new hypotheses.
