I am a Researcher-postdoctoral associate- with Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago. In my work I analyze linked sources of administrative records, surveys and GIS data, to try to understand how the interaction of early childhood development programs and active labor market policies affect employment outcomes of low income mothers and early disparities in human development of their children. I am also conducting evaluations of training and employment support policies. I am interested in policy evaluation of early childhood development programs and labor policies from a cross-country comparative perspective.
