Rest.

I have noticed that I sleep better these few days. I don't wake up in the middle of the night, I don't toss and turn as much, and I sleep sounded through. I wonder if my slight change in lifestyle (ie more exercise morning and night) and reduction in work-related negative stress are contributing to a better sleep, and not insomnia, or just not getting enough sleep.

I have always been proud of myself for not drinking coffee in the morning as a pick-up-er. I just get enough sleep and I'm ready to go.
