June is another Country

My apologies to Alistair Sparks.

I'm starting to think of June as some different place.

Practically speaking, our Expo at work is near the end of May and my lease at Lord Byron's Way is up at the end of May. So breathing a sigh of relief will coincide with a physical move and the wonderful sense of repurposing that comes with that.

If it wasn't so much work and didn't so neatly overlap with a high-stress period at work, I'd be thrilled by the prospects of re-evaluating and downsizing my possessions.

I don't travel anywhere near as much as I think I ought to. I don't think that a move quite makes up for that, but it does create some of the same sensations.

That said this is "start the apartment hunt" week. I'll keep you up to date on this.

Must go now. Wrath of Khan is on cable. Chekov and Terrell are about to get "eeled".
