The program snn.c available on this site prior to 18 Sept, 2000 contains a
bug which means that any analysis done with it is most certainly incorrect.  
A corrected version of program was made available here on 18 Sept. 
The publication (Genetics, Aug 2000) has results based on a different version
of the program which did not contain this error.
