minrec3 calculates the distribution of B' and S from Wall (1999, Genetical
Research).  A minimal amount of documentation can be found at the start
of the source code in minrec3.c

To compile, type

gcc -O -o minrec3 minrec3.c make_gametes.c segtre_mig.c subs1.c ran1.c -lm

In addition, the files my.h and max.h must be present.  If there are any
