The Wedding Party

Ronald Rahaman is the groom. He will graduate from the University of Chicago this spring with a BS in Chemistry and then seek his PhD at Northwestern. He loves to dote on his cat, Flux, and has a wide collection of David Bowie albums and Transformers.

Carolyn Brown is the bride. She graduated from the University of Chicago last year with a BA in astrophysics and will seek her masters degree next year in learning sciences at Northwestern, where she wants to study science museum exhibit design. She loves Coke, potato chips, and fruit snacks.

They met during orientation week while playing Risk in their dorm and buying school supplies at the local Walgreens. They became best buddies, a relationship they maintain even though they started dating two years ago. Their first date was to see the Sponge Bob Square Pants movie at Doc Films, where Carolyn volunteered.

Laura Barsigian is Carolyn's BFF and the maid of honor. They were roommates their first and fourth year. Laura currently works at an Americorps position in Baltimore. She is also gifted at making everything around her classy. She likes the color "sage green" and pop music from 1996-1997.

Lennard Rahaman is Ronald's brother and the best man. They have known each other for Ron's entire life. Lennard currently works in the housing office at Mizzou and has his own office with his name on the door and buisness cards.

Nicole Clarke is Carolyn's oldest niece. She is an 8th grader at Deer Park Middle School, and is into horror films and dancing like the teen pop star she is.

Kasey Clarke is also Carolyn's niece. She is 8 years old and is an amazing ice skater. She likes Webkinzs, baseball, and apple slices.
