I was planning to hit the treadmill for 2M after the swim, but on my way out to the car, it occurred to me that I could just as easily run the mile each way and avoid the 'mill altogether. Managed it in shorts and a long shirt, but would have needed a hat and gloves if I was going to be out any longer. I have become a 35-45 minute run guy, so the thought of a sub 2o-minute run adding much to the base, but a little active recovery is always needed.
