Training Plan
Back in Chicago, the usual plan is a bit off this week, but by making tomorrow the off day, I think we can get back on schedule.
Thurs: Off or swim
Fri: Run 7 (to Cultural Ctr)
Sat: Ride 32
Sun: Run Intervals and swim?
Mon: Ride 30
Tues: Run 5
Wed: Off
I may not take the day if I wake up at 5, but since it is already after 10, I think it is safe to say that I am sleeping in tomorrow.
