With the legs still a bit sore from intervals, I revised down from 5 miles to 3.5 and really sought to just get blood flowing into the tissue. I have to admit that it is a strangely delightful feeling to go out for 3.5 miles and call it an easy day---and to feel like I got away with something. The run substantially improved the stiffness in my legs making me ready to go again tomorrow. Since the weather is supposed to get bad on the weekend, I wonder whether it makes sense to push through and take a day off later? I guess we will know later today or tomorrow AM....
