Since I apparently thought that 6.74 miles with intervals was not enough, I decided to calibrate the foot pod while I was out and logged another 1.44 miles. I do find it funny that the foot pod does not ship calibrated---how much can possibly change? The best situation would have been to run it three times and then manually calibrate with the average of the three---but since I had already logged more than enough miles, I decided once was enough. Interesting too that it is either GPS or pod---since no GPS data was recorded on this portion of the run (but I have 'cadence', whatever that means in this situation---is it 74 strides or 74 steps?)
