I’m currently a PhD graduate student at the University of Chicago in the Committee on Evolutionary Biology (CEB).  I mainly work at the Field Museum of Natural History studying afromontane frogs and their geographic and genetic distribution patterns.  My adviser is Dr. John Bates, who is primarily interested in phylogeography of neotropical birds, but puts up with the herpetology students who seek him out.
