WELCOME

I am a third year graduate student in the Department of Linguistics at the University of Chicago. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics at the University of Washington in Seattle in 2005. I earned my Master of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Chicago in December 2009.

Research Interests: Morphology, languages of the Americas, language change, contact linguistics, lexical semantics of verbs, Hindi syntax and semantics, language documentation.

I am a student coordinator of the Language Variation and Change workshop (2009-2010), and was an officer of the Chicago Linguistic Society (2008-2009).
