Kyle Kost

I am currently a Fourth Year PhD student in Economics concentrating in Macroeconomics/Labor Economics. In general, my research focuses on how macroeconomic phenomena effect individual decision makers and vice versa. I am currently working on research projects concerning the effects of economic policy uncertainty and stock market uncertainty on firm decision making.

I received a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics with a Minor in Statistics from Harvard University in 2014. As a Chicago native, I am a big fan of most things Chicago including the Chicago Bulls, Bears, and Cubs.
