TASIS England Summer Program 2006

If you’re here, you’re probably in ShakespeareXperience, a 4-week course designed to get you reading, thinking, and performing Shakespeare. Throughout the summer, I’ll be posting information here regarding office hours and extra help as well as writings and ramblings which may be of help to you get into character and understanding our play, Twelfth Night.

For the summer, I’ll be living in _________. If you are one of the two males in our class, feel free to knock on my door, provided it isn’t midnight. In which case, you should get some rest. If you are one of the many females in our class, send a guy in to find me. Sorry, rules are rules. During the school days, you can look for me in class or in the faculty lounge, which as you’ll soon find out, is also where you’ll meet up for your community service program. It’s next to Thorpe Place (where you eat) and across from the Tudor Barn (the student lounge, also where you eat, but allegedly, the food at Thorpe Place is somewhat healthier.)

Much of the stuff you’ll need for the summer is already online at our blog. You should check it out if you haven’t already. Likewise, don’t worry if you are kind of confused by some of the stuff we’re saying—in four weeks, you’ll be pros at this stuff too.
