Res Gestae 4

[4] I have celebrated minor triumphs
twice, conducted three official triumphal
processions, and been pronounced imperator
twenty-one times. The Senate proclaimed more
triumphal honors for me, all of which I relinquished.  I deposited the laurel wreath that adorned the fasces on the Capitoline Hill, after I fulfilled the vows which I had declared publicly in each war. On account of the military affairs administered successfully on land and on sea by me or through my legates under my authority, the Senate decreed that they must thank the immortal gods fifty-five times. Moreover the days through which they gave thanks according to the Senate's decree numbered 890.  During my triumphal processions nine kings or children of kings were conducted before my chariot.  I have been consul thirteen times as I write these deeds and I am holding tribunician power for the thirty-seventh year.
