READER BEWARE:
What you are about to see may shock you. The evidence presented below may shake the very foundations of your most cherished beliefs in commerical cartography.
PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

Make careful note of these striking irregularities:
1. Where the map shows a street named, "Overbrook Avenue," the arial photograph shows no trace of such a street.
2. Where the map shows two streets to the west of Whitehaven Avenue, the photograph shows no evidence of these.
3. According to the map, the street known as North Park Drive extends much further west than the photograph would lead one to believe.
EVEN MORE UNSETTLING:
Look carefully:
1. What on Earth is going on here?
2. The discrepancies noted above have been rectified: neither Overbrook Avenue, nor Parkstone Avenue, nor Westmont Avenue, nor Corona Avenue (visible on current AAA road maps of the area) appear here.
3. Even so, a red star marks a spot which, according to the map, is nothing but forest.
MR. OVERBROOKE, Esq. & ASSOCIATES, then, is named for the mysterious Overbrook Avenue. The "e" was added in an attempt on the part of the author to evoke a sense of wonder and mystery in readers who might be unfamiliar with the name's significance; this is a standard procedure: as everyone knows, extra "e"s = MYSTERY.
We at MR. OVERBROOKE believe strongly in the power of a good mystery. We therefore encourage you to endure, to enjoy, and, if possible, to explore this mystery for yourselves. But we are also aware that most readers of MR. OVERBROOKE will, for various legitimate reasons, be unable to explore the mystery on their own. With these parties in mind, we have done our best to supply a solution.
