- For my Graduation Project, I independently designed and taught a full one-year introductory course in Latin at my high school. The course involved a wide variety of pedagogical approaches and materials, and was quite successful: several of the students have taken Latin II and were very well-prepared.
- Took math, French, and philosophy classes at Pennsylvania State University during 11 th and 12 th grades, receiving exceptional grades
- Participated in quiz bowl (Vice President), Latin Club (Secretary, President), Math Club (treasurer)
- Received best Latin student award three years running
- Graduated June 2006 as a Faculty Scholar
