I am an Assistant Professor in the University of Nebraska's Economics department, which I joined in the Fall of 2016. I am also a Faculty Affiliate of J-PAL North America and of the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities (LEO) at the University of Notre Dame. My research areas are labor and public economics. I use linked administrative datasets to study socioeconomic inequality and the design of public policies and court processes that impact families. My recent research centers on two general themes: (1) housing and the impact of eviction on households, (2) the future of work, and better measurement in the labor market.
