Fridays on Greenwood? Nah, try Kimbark

Most Fridays we make dinner for about 15. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it isn't. But who cares, really, as all we want is good conversation and good company.

I'll consider posting some recipes here as I go along, but most of my inspiration comes courtesy of Epicurious and Food Network, but I do modify them to increase proportions.

Grapefruit Meatballs

The first one was a few months ago, and it started with meatballs, but not just any sort of meatballs, grapefruit meatballs. No, no, there wasn't actual grapefruit, but the meatballs were the size of grapefruits. Yes, it was awesome.

The Roarke

This is not an original by any stretch. Nor is it anything that I have ever made or even seen. It is named after Roarke, the brother of my roommate Derek. Perhaps it is good, though I'm not sure great taste is the goal here.
