This is me. Sort of.

I'm not particularly photogenic.

There really isn't that much to know about me. I'm a PhD student
at the University of Chicago, and who knows where I'll go from there. Perhaps one day I'll tell you what I do there, but right now I'm sleepy.  I love White Sox baseball and Miami Dolphins football, and my sports idols are Ozzie Guillen and Dan Marino. I love hobbits and my beautiful cat, Athena.. If I could have only one artist's work decorate my house, it would be Salvador Dali's, and much of my philosophy on life revolves around the Dark Tower series by Stephen King. I love to think about things (that don't involve work), and I guess that has a lot to do with why R.E.M. is my favorite band.  I don't believe in god, but if there is one, then I think he must be a lot like Michael Stipe.
