Welcome to my on-line site. My name is Mark Abney, and I am currently a Research Associate (Associate Professor) in the Department of Human Genetics at the University of Chicago. My primary research interest is in statistical and computational methods for genetic analysis, though I received my PhD and BS in Physics (the University of Chicago and University of California San Diego, respectively).
