Interview Host Request Form

     Hello and Congratulations on receiving an interview at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine!!!  By virtue of the fact that you have arrived at this webpage you are interested in staying with a medical student host the night before your interview.  Below you will find a form to request a host.  We will do our best to match you with someone that has attended your same undergraduate institution or at least comes from a similar area of the country to give you the inside scoop on Pritzker life.  We will also try to accommodate any special requests that you may have.  There are only three things that we ask of you:

  1. Come prepared with a lot of questions so you can pick the brains of those who are already here.
  2. Bring a towel (unfortunately most of us are poor medical students and extra laundry costs more money).
  3. Bring an alarm clock (just in case your host sleeps through theirs).

    Once you submit this form the hosting committee will work as fast as we can to find you a host.  Once we do, you will be contacted by your host and you can arrange where and when you are going to meet.  If however you do not hear back from someone within a week of your interview please contact one of the hosting co-chairs and we will do our best to find a host for you.
