Rules and Stuff
This web page is to help the "family" stay in touch. It is very much under construction as I fumble through learning how to do this stuff. Some of the basic stuff I will maintain (not sure just what that stuff is yet). This home page will not be successful unless everyone chips in. I will try and organize things here in the beginning but will be happy to reorganize as "we" go along. I will only be responsible for the content that pertains to My family.
Right now this web page is located at the University of Chicago and in an account provided to me by the University. I therefore must follow all of the rules and regulations outlined by University policy. So right now I am the only one who can add content to the page. At some point I would like to move this to a place where we can each edit our own section. If you already have or want to set up your own web page somewhere else that would be fine and I can make a link on this page to your page. In the long run this will be the best way.
For now you can send me content via e-mail. Documents in the following formats will work fine. Microsoft Word, HTML (web format), JPEG Images. I am sure there are many other formats that I have not mentioned if you send it to me I will try to publish it. Please remember that I am new to this and learning as I go.
When you have film developed you now have the option to have the photos put onto a CD. This is an easy way to to get those family pictures published on our web page. Old photos can be scanned however I do not have a scanner (yet).
