I am a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Economics of the University of Chicago, and an IZA Research Affiliate.

Professors James J. Heckman (chair), Steven N. Durlauf, and Gary S. Becker are on my thesis committee.

I am interested in the different faces of inequality, and want to understand how inequality is generated. This has led me to study topics such as the life cycle skill formation, economics of education, economics of the family, and intergenerational mobility. The intersection of economics and personality psychology has also been part of these studies.
