I recently graduated with a PhD (August, 2013) in Operations Management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. I am currently a National Institute on Aging (NIA) postdoctoral fellow at the University of Chicago. In addition, I am affiliated with the following organizations:
Healthcare Operations, Bayesian Learning Models, Markov Decision Process, Empirical Operations, Energy, Policy Analysis.
My research interests are in developing tools to improve dynamic decision-making and operational efficiency in contexts in which opportunities for learning exist, with a particular emphasis on the healthcare and energy sector. My research is motivated by questions that are relevant to practitioners and policymakers. I collaborate and interact with researchers from other fields and government organizations.
