Prospective Patients: The Neurology Services at UChicago Medicine (Chicago), UCI Health (Orange County, California), and UT Southwestern Medicine (Dallas) offer a large number of subspecialty services for illnesses of the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves and muscles.
Research Areas include the normal neurobiology of language and hand motor systems and the effects of stroke on these systems. There is a web site for the Brain Circuits Laboratory.
Network Modeling: We are members of an international collaborative effort to understand brain injury and repair in terms of distributed network models. The Brain Network Recovery Group takes an interactive contextual view of neural processing.
