This dynamic duo hails from the Midwest. Complete strangers before joining the Malamy crew, they quickly formed an alliance to overcome their common obstacle, the chaotic land of the QTL's. But even as this daring pair joined forces, the darkness residing in QTLand was hard at work spawning evil counterparts, EDG1 and EDG2. Luckily, our hero's won't be facing the EDGes empty handed. Melissa's -log[H+]D from the University of Wisconson, where she proved herself in battle against the MADS domain of Madison, and Paulie's 5 year stint studying stints as a lab tech just might provide this death-defying duet the edge over the EDGes they so desperately need. But will her nubian prowess help her as Adeventure Malamy Lab pits her up against lrd2, the ancient master of Tae-Kwon-Phosphorylation?

His is a keen and creative mind that will serve him well in his tag team game of activation tagging and his knock-out performance of a genetic screen.
